All returns require authorization by Hot Yoga Heating. Any and all manufacturers warranties will be honored which vary by company. We will replace any product that is not working properly within the warranty period or items that may have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage claims are to be made with the carrier at time of delivery and Hot Yoga Heating to be notified within 3 days of delivery. Other returns are on a case by case basis and are subject to the discretion of Hot Yoga Heating. Upon receiving return authorization, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return shipping and customer is responsible for any damages that may occur during return shipping. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging and may also be subject to a 30% restocking fee at the discretion of Hot Yoga Heating. Please note that thermostats, transformers, relays, and other related electrical components MAY NOT be returned after being installed except for warranty related issues.
